Throughout your Beachbody career, especially in the beginning, you’re going to experience objections. The more you progress, the more you learn about the business, the more comfortable and confident you become in speaking about our products and the Coach Opportunity, though, the less objections you will receive. But obviously it takes time to get to that point. If you ask any of the successful Coaches on our team, you will find that to be true.
It’s important that you learn how to handle objections, especially ones that revolve around price, the most common objection that you will receive. Price of the programs, price of Challenge Packs, price of Shakeology, etc. are all common objections. Like we stated in previous trainings, though, the more confidence you have, the more passionate you speak about the product, and the more VALUE you create, the less objections you will receive. You won’t believe just how many less objections you will get once you truly understand how to create value. Just in case you haven’t seen the CREATING VALUE video yet, which I hope you all did since it was early on in the training, here it is again.
Because this is such a major and important topic, and because there are so many objections, Superstar Diamonds Hillary Kelly and Mike Ryan, and I (Josh Spencer), put together a call to explain how each of us handles certain objections. It’s an hour long call, but there is an incredible amount of information, and do your best to take notes and listen carefully. If it takes you two days to get through it, then so be it, but don’t skip over this.
